This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom split-level home is the ultimate getaway for large families or groups of friends looking to explore the magic of the Olympic Peninsula. Located in the City of Forks, this retreat offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and coastal charm, featuring an open floor plan, abundant seating, high-speed WiFi, two washers and two dryers, six smart TVs, and air conditioning to ensure your group stays comfortable year-round. Our aim is to provide everything you’ll need to create a home away from home!
Bringing your EV? We’ve got you covered! Enjoy the convenience of our dedicated 50-amp charging station, so you can spend less time worrying about range and more time exploring the coast, just bring your own charging adapter to fit NEMA 14-15 outlet.
The space
Spend your days discovering the rugged beauty of the Olympic Coast, from the moss-draped halls of the Hoh Rainforest to the crashing waves at Rialto Beach, before heading back to the peace and quiet of Sitka Retreat. With enough room to comfortably sleep 12, this home is designed for connection and relaxation.
Living & Dining: The heart of the home features a large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area with plush sectionals and a 65″ Smart TV for movie nights. The large wooden dining table provides plenty of space for the whole group to gather for a home-cooked meal. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of modern appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island. A separate coffee bar area is ready for your mornings with a drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and a beverage cooler for your evening drinks. Outside is a gas grill and with custom bar top seating on the deck. Beyond the dining room/coffee bar you will find two staking washing machines and dryers.
Sleeping arrangements
– Bedroom 1: Downstairs left bedroom features a king bed with a door that opens to the backyard and ensuite bathroom.
– Bedroom 2: Downstairs right bedroom features a king bed and hall bathroom.
– Bedroom 3: Upstairs right bedroom features and queen bed and shared hall bathroom.
– Bedroom 4: Upstairs center bedroom features a king bed and shared hall bathroom.
– Bedroom 5: Upstairs left bedroom features two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom
Four full bathrooms ensure no one is waiting in line, featuring walk-in showers with built-in benches and a tub in the upstairs hall bath.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house and the private yard. Parking is available in the driveway with ample room for multiple vehicles. No garage access.

– Fully Stocked: We try and stock the house with all the basics including linens, towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toilet paper, hair dryer, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, Ziplocs, garbage bags, Folgers coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, hot cocoa, and oatmeal.
– Family Friendly: We provide a selection of games, children’s toys, and a Pack ‘n Play for our youngest guests.
–Connectivity: Stay connected with high-speed Starlink Satellite Internet, perfect for remote work or streaming.
– Policy: This is a pet-free and smoke-free home to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
